If you find for the same room type and same booking term a rate on a competing web site that is lower than ours please inform us within 24 hours after booking your room and we will grant you this rate for the nights for which the lower rate was found as well as an additional 10% discount off the lower rate found.

Please keep in mind that the room on the other web site must be publicly available, viewable and immediately bookable on the Internet.

The guarantee does not apply for the following types of tariffs:

• Tariffs not available to the public such as agreed company or group tariffs
• Reduced tariffs that are only offered for members of groups or single travellers fulfilling certain criteria that had been defined beforehand   
• Package tariffs including the hotel room and items such as journey, hired car, entertainment offers and/or meals in addition to the breakfast
• Package or group tariffs for prolonged stays
• Agreed tariffs for stays longer than 30 days
• Tariffs offered on auction websites
• Tariffs available on websites like Priceline and Hotwire where the hotel brand is not indicated until completion of the reservation
• Tariffs with advance payment, with voucher or another form of advance payment proof
• Special offers of special packages and/or catalogue tour operator
