When is Check-In and Check-Out time at Hotel Berlin, Berlin?

Check-In is available from 3 p.m. and Check-Out is until noon.

 

What means „non refundable“?

The amount of your reservation will be deposit from the bank account you named. Changes or cancellations are not exempt from charges.

 

Are there any smoking or non-smoking rooms at the Hotel Berlin, Berlin?

From our total of 701 rooms, there are 30 rooms of the Standard category in which smoking is allowed. Otherwise smoking is not permitted in the hotel. 

 

 

 

How much do I have to pay for parking at the hotel parking lot?

The parking lot features 270 parking spaces with underground parking. The parking fee is € 2,00 per hour per car and € 21,00 per day per car. Access the parking lot via Einemstrasse.

 

What are the opening hours of the fitness and wellness area „Work & Play“?

The sauna is daily open from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m., other hours are available upon request for an additional charge of € 5,00 per person. Bath robes and slippers upon request.

The 24 h fitness area featuring cross-trainers, ergometers or treadmills with screen and headset as well as dumb-bells.

 

Does the Hotel Berlin, Berlin has a Business Centre?

You have the possibility to copy, fax, email etc. in our Guest Care Centre. You can also use the internet there and get information about highlights and Insider tips of the city Berlin.

 

Are there domestic animals permitted at the Hotel Berlin, Berlin?

Your four-legged friends are welcome here. There is a fee of € 20,00 per day per animal. Upon request we provide a dog bowl, toys, dog bone and a dog blanket.

 

Is there a possiblity to buy or rent a bath robe out at the Hotel Berlin, Berlin?

You can buy a bath robe for € 80,00 at the hotel. Upon request you can rent a bath robe out free of charge. Just simply contact our Housekeeping.

 

Are there any anti allergic-beds, woolen blankets, extra pillows oder hangers at the Hotel Berlin, Berlin available?

Upon request anti allergic-beds, woolen blankets, extra pillows and hangers are available at the hotel.

 

Do you haven family rooms with an additional bed?

There are four bed rooms for families with the option to put in a fifth bed or a baby bed. In other cases there is the possibility to put in a camp bed. In most rooms you can transform the couch into a bed.

Is there a change of the towels and linen available at the Hotel Berlin, Berlin?

We change your linen every two days. In all suites and for VIP guests we change the linen every day. How many times you want to have your towels changed is up to you. Just simply put them on the floor or in the bath tub.

 

Is there an ironing service available at the Hotel Berlin, Berlin?

Ironing service is available daily from 7 a.m. to 9.30 p.m.

 

Is there dry cleaning/laundry service available at the Hotel Berlin, Berlin?

The dry cleaning service is available from Monday to Friday. Laundry received before 9 a.m. will be returned on the same day (laundry will be returned in most cases by 6.30 p.m. in your room). Laundry that needs to be returned before 6 p.m. will be subject to a 50% surcharge. Laundry received after 9 a.m. and returned by 6 p.m. will be subject to a 50% surcharge. If you want your laundry returned by the next day, there will be no surcharge.

 

Service on weekends will be subject to a 50% surcharge. Laundry needs to be received by 2 p.m. in order to return it the same day.

 

We have no dry cleaning/laundry service on holidays.

 

There are special conditions during events, conventions, congresses etc.

 

Are there handicapped accessible rooms available at the Hotel Berlin, Berlin?

There are two handicapped accessible rooms in the hotel.

 

Is there a possiblity to buy sanitary products?

Upon request there are sanitary products like Q-tips or cotton balls, tooth brush and shaving kit, body lotion, hair shampoo etc. available.

 

How do get to the hotel?

From Tegel Airport (TXL): by Taxi approx. 25 min./€ 20,00; or bus line X9 or 109 to station “Zoologischer Garten“, then take line 100 to station “Lützowplatz” (approx. 30 min.)

 

From Schönefeld Airport (SXF): By Taxi approx. 30 min./€ 35,00; or Airport Express 50 min. (RE7 or RB14) to station “Zoologischer Garten” and then bus 100 to station “Lützowplatz”

 

From the main railway station: by Taxi approx. 10 Min./€ 12,00; or S-Bahn lines S5, S9 or S75 to station “Zoologischer Garten”, then line 100 to station “Lützowplatz” (approx. 20 min.)

 

Metro line U2, U3 and U1 – U-Nollendorfplatz,

Walking: 5 min.
