Parking: 270 hotel owned, chargeable parking spaces with underground parking (€ 23,00 per day and car). Access via Einemstraße.


Guest Care Centre: If you require individual help to fulfill your wishes then our team is available for all guests for that personalised Feel-Good-Factor.


Business Corner: For effective handling of office work and business correspondence you may use our Business Corner, located opposite the Guest Care Centre. Here you’ll find a state-of-the-art office, IT and communication equipment.


Work & Play: This motto fits our state-of-the-art fitness and wellness centre which can be used at any time and free of charge by our guests.


High-speed-internet: As a matter of course we provide free WiFi in the whole hotel. 


Pets: Naturally your beloved pets are highly welcome and will feel comfortable. For each stay we charge € 20,00 per day. Upon request we provide bowls, toys, biscuits and blankets to dog owners.


Smoking and non-smoking rooms: From our total of 701 rooms, there are 30 rooms of the Standard category in which smoking is allowed. All smoking rooms are located on the 7th floor. Otherwise smoking is not permitted in the hotel.
