As of March 2012 we will offer 200 new and tailor made Premium Rooms (former Classic Rooms) for our Corporate and Business partners with an individual touch featuring a special decade of Berlin on each of the 5 floors.
On top, we will add 26 boardrooms with roughly 30 sqm - the islands away from the main land which you find on the ground floor combining Berlins history of Berlin which was the island of the West in the East!

Reconstruction Phase 1: Building site facilities with scaffold and lift. Installation of fall protection at the roof. Technique for air conditioning and ventilation system.
Reconstruction Phase 2: Clearance of the 1rst and 5th floor. First demolition works. Removal of electric-acoustic installation. Removal and protection of door frames of the rooms. Protection of ceiling lights and WiFi spots. Removal of furniture and disposal of technical facilities.
Bauphase 3: Clearance of the 1rst and 5th floor copmpleted.
