I just wanted to say a huge thank you to the team for looking after us and our delegates during our stay (February 11-16).

With all the building work going on, you managed to keep smiling and actioned all our requests speedily and professionally (even the Japanese delegation!)

I hope the renovation work is now complete and I am sure the hotel looks stunning.
