High Speed Internet:

As a matter of course we provide a high speed, secure and reliable internet connection in each guest and conference room for an attractive flatrate.

 

 

Pets:

Naturally your beloved pets are highly welcome and will feel comfortable. For each stay we charge € 15,00 per day. Upon request we provide bowls, toys, biscuits and blankets to dog owners.

 

 

Smoking and non-smoking rooms:

From our total of 701 rooms, there are 117 rooms of the Classic category in which smoking is allowed. All smoking rooms are located on the first, second or third floor. Otherwise smoking is not permitted in the hotel.

We accept Maestro, Amex, Visa, Mastercard, JCB and Diners Club.

 

 

Deposit payment

We kindly ask you to provide us with a valid credit card upon check-in, with which we will be authorized to debit the total amount of your stay as well as a deposit of € 50.00 per room and night for ancilliaries.

 

In case you prefer paying cash, we kindly ask you to pay the total amount of your stay as well as a deposit of € 50.00 per room and night for ancilliaries upon check-in. 

 

Upon check-out we will either refund the deposit in cash or credit your invoice with the remaining, unused amount.
