Business Corner: For effective handling of office work and business correspondence you may use our Business Corner, located opposite the Guest Care Centre (behind the Concierge). Here you will find a state-of-the-art office, IT and communication equipment.

 

 

Work & Play: This motto fits our state-of-the-art fitness and spa centre which can be used at any time and is free of charge for our guests.

 

 

High Speed Internet: As a matter of course we provide free WiFi in all guest rooms and the public areas of the hotel. 

 

 

Pets: Naturally your beloved pets are highly welcome and will feel comfortable. For each stay we charge € 20,00 per day. Upon request we provide bowls, toys, biscuits and blankets to dog owners.

 

 

Smoking and non-smoking rooms: From our total of 701 rooms, there are 30 rooms of the Standard category in which smoking is allowed. Otherwise smoking is not permitted in the hotel.

 

 

Credit cards: We accept Maestro, Amex, Visa, Mastercard, JCB and Diners Club.

 

 

Deposit payment: We kindly ask you to provide us with a valid credit card upon check-in, with which we will be authorized to debit the total amount of your stay as well as a deposit of € 50.00 per room and night for ancilliaries. In case you prefer paying cash, we kindly ask you to pay the total amount of your stay as well as a deposit of € 50.00 per room and night for ancilliaries upon check-in.  Upon check-out we will either refund the deposit in cash or credit your invoice with the remaining, unused amount.
