To achieve this, we endeavor to anticipate your needs as much as possible with a wide variety of services and our team which is ready to attend to your most pressing requests.

HOTEL BERLIN, BERLIN
In Germany the electricity supply is 220 volts. You can buy power adapters at our "Wundermart" in the Lobby.
Hotel rooms are equipped with air conditioning. Each unit can be individually adjusted according to your comfort for +/-3 degrees.
We do not offer an Airport Shuttle but we are more than happy to assist you organizing a taxi. For further information please contact “Guest Care Center”.
Nearest ATM is at the Commerzbank in front of the Hotel.
“Guest Care Center" will be happy to provide the contact details of some agencies. The choice and booking is up to you.
Working areas and the ability to print documents are available for your convenience at the lobby. Print your documents in our "Guest Care Center". It is located on the ground floor next to our lobby. “Guest Care Center” will be happy to assist you with additional services.
A full and innovative breakfast buffet is served each morning from 6:30 am until 10:00 am and during the weekend and bank holidays until 11:00.

Check out time is 12:00 o'clock. If you need a Late Check Out, please get in touch with the Lobby Hosts to arrange this before 12:00.

If it is an illness that you would normally go to the family doctor with, then call the on-call service on 116 117.
For serious accidents and life-threatening emergencies, 116 117 is the wrong place to call. In these cases, dial 112 or 911 immediately.
Medical specialist for general medicine (GP) can be found directly at Nollendorfplatz, about a 10-minute walk away.
DO NOT DISTURB
If you desire to have some privacy, please put the "Do not distrub" signage at your door. If you wish to have your calls held, please notifiy the Guest Care Center.
To park your e-bike we offer you our separate bike garage. There you also have the possibility to charge your e-bike.
The hotel has professionally trained staff who are on duty 24 hours a day, in the unlikely event there may be an emergency situation. Should you have any further questions, please contact our "Guest Care Center" next to the Lobby.
Foreign currency exchange is not available at our hotel. Nearby "Money Exchange" you can find at "Zoologischer Garten" train station.

Regular service is offered daily, with our linen changed every third day to help protect our environment. Should you have any specific requests or preferred times of service during your stay, please contact our "Guest Care Center" team.
Complimentary, high-speed, wireless Internet is accessible throughout the hotel, including in all guest rooms. Should you experience any problems with your connection, please contact Guest Care Center and we will arrange for further assistance.

please dial no. "9" on your room telephone to request an iron and/or ironing board.
There are some great jogging routes nearby. Especially the "Tiergarten" provide some nice routes includinge sightseeing. Here you will find a map with some suggested routes.
LOST AND FOUND
Our Guest Care Center maintains records of any lost items that have been found and are happy to assist you in reuniting you with items that may have been misplaced during your stay. Please contact our Guest Care Center for further assistance.
We will be happy to store your luggage before your check in or after your check out until your departure. Just contact our lobby hosts for this purpose.
In the unlikely event that something should be malfunctioning in your room, please contact Guest Care Center for assistance.
As you may already noticed, the Minibar in your room is empty. You can use it as your personal fridge. Downstairs at the Lobby you can find our "Wundermart" where you can buy food, drinks and snacks.
The Germans apparently waste 41 hours a year looking for a parking space. Not at Hotel Berlin, Berlin: We have 208 spaces in our underground parking lot, which cost 25 euros a day and 4 euros per hour - maximum vehicle height 1.80 m. Access via Karl-Heinrich-Ulrichs Straße. No reservations necessary.

Our restaurant "Lütze" is open from 10:00 - 01:00. You can find the current menu here.
We do not offer room service, but you can pickup your drinks and food at the bar. Or pickup your breakfast at our Restaurant and enjoy your faboulus breakfast in your bed.
SAFETY DEPOSIT BOXES
In addition to the personal safe in your room, we have alternative safety deposit boxes available for your personal use. Please stop by the Guest Care Center or Lobby Hosts to arrange this at your convenience.
Please note that we are a non-smoking hotel. A deep cleaning fee of 250.00 EUR will be charged on the card provided upon arrival, should any signs of this be discovered post departure.
We are focused on protecting the environment and reducing our global footprint. Your guestroom will be serviced daily and your bed linens refreshed every third day. If you prefer a more frequent change please contact Guest Care Center. If you would like to reuse your towels, please hang them on the towel hook to ensure they are not replaced daily.
