FAQ

Everything you’ll need to know

A lot of questions always arise before a trip. We have compiled an overview of the most frequently asked questions with helpful answers:

Your room will be ready to go from 3 p.m. onwards and we ask you to check out by 12 p.m.

Sure, we'll just check out the situation and if your room is available, you can check in earlier for 50 euros. But if you want to get in between 6 a.m. and 12 p.m., we'll ask you to book for the night before.

You can't yet park in your room but there are over 200 spaces in the underground parking lot that you can use for 3 euros an hour (18 euros max a day). There's also a charging station not far away if you have an electric car.

We offer our guests an excellent breakfast between 6.30 and 10 a.m. The selection might not always look the same, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic, but our guests don’t look the same either. Find out more here.

It's easy to get to us from the airport as we are located centrally and there are good public transport connections. What's harder is to figure out when one airport (BER) will open and the other one (Tegel) close!

Just let us know and we'll arrange a transfer to or from Tegel for 45 euros and to or from Schönefeld for 55 euros (each way). If you're flying in, our driver will meet you with a VIP sign. You can choose between a business limousine or a minivan. Please make prior arrangements by emailing concierge@hotel-berlin.de  or by phoning +49 (30) 2605 3112.

We will gladly unburden you and store your luggage free of charge. Just ask at reception.

Pets are very welcome at Hotel Berlin, Berlin. They pay a special price of 25 euros a night.

Don't fall into despair, just simply contact our Guest Care Center by email (info@hotel-berlin.de) or phone +49 (30) 2605 3111. Give us all the details and we will do everything to find what you have forgotten and send it on to you immediately if successful.
