Everything you’ll need to know
A lot of questions always arise before a trip. We have compiled an overview of the most frequently asked questions with helpful answers:
What are the Check In/Check out times?
Your room will be ready to go from 3 p.m. onwards and we ask you to check out by 12 p.m.
Can I check in or out earlier or later?
Sure, we'll just check out the situation and if your room is available, you can check in earlier for 50 euros. But if you want to get in between 6 a.m. and 12 p.m., we'll ask you to book for the night before.
Is there parking available at Hotel Berlin, Berlin?
You can't yet park in your room but there are over 200 spaces in the underground parking lot that you can use for 3 euros an hour (18 euros max a day). There's also a charging station not far away if you have an electric car.
What about breakfast?
We offer our guests an excellent breakfast between 6.30 and 10 a.m. The selection might not always look the same, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic, but our guests don’t look the same either. Find out more here.
How can I get to the hotel from the airport by public transport?
It's easy to get to us from the airport as we are located centrally and there are good public transport connections. What's harder is to figure out when one airport (BER) will open and the other one (Tegel) close!
Does Hotel Berlin, Berlin organize transfers from and/or to the airport?
Just let us know and we'll arrange a transfer to or from Tegel for 45 euros and to or from Schönefeld for 55 euros (each way). If you're flying in, our driver will meet you with a VIP sign. You can choose between a business limousine or a minivan. Please make prior arrangements by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or by phoning +49 (30) 2605 3112.
I'd like to leave my luggage at the hotel before checking in / after checking out. Is that possible?
We will gladly unburden you and store your luggage free of charge. Just ask at reception.
Are pets allowed?
Pets are very welcome at Hotel Berlin, Berlin. They pay a special price of 25 euros a night.
